The ISP like reliance, Airtel, MTNL is among the first to block torrent sites like PirateBay.eu, torrents.eu, fenopy.eu, etc. One thing is the ISP who forget about the Internet is free speech and no government agency can try to control it.

To counter this blockade, a group of ISPs in the country has appealed to the High Court of Madras. And latest news is that the Madras High Court has lifted this restriction. According to the Madras High Court, only a specific web link should have been blocked and not the entire website so they say

This now means that the service provider in the country will soon restore access to forbidden sites, steady, etc. So now, instead of limiting access to the entire website, just link that contains blocked content will be violated.
